TOWN OF QU’APPELLE DRAWER 60 QU’APPELLE , SASKATCHEWAN S0G 4A0 The Town of Qu’Appelle is inviting sealed tenders for the sale of a 2010 Landpride Broadcast Spreader on a “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” . The spreader can be inspected on any working day during the hours (between 8:00AM to 5:00PM) at the Town Yard. All tenders shall be clearly marked “Spreader Tender” on a sealed envelope containing the tender and submitted to the Town Office before 5:00PM May 17th, 2013. Tenders will be opened on Tuesday evening May 21st, 2013. The successful Bidder will have to pay the full sale value within 7(Seven) days of the letter of acceptance of the offer and remove the spreader from the Town yard. The Town of Qu’Appelle reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason what so ever it may be. Erinn Schreiner Administrator

TOWN OF QU’APPELLE TRANSFER STATION SUPERVISOR The Town of Qu’Appelle is seeking an individual for the part time position of Transfer Station Supervisor. The successful applicant will start immediately and be required to supervise the landfill 5 hours on Saturdays during the winter months. The Qu'Appelle Spirit is a monthly paper.   All the proceeds go towards the Qu'Appelle Library.  It features the newsletter from James Hamblin School, events occuring in town, and articles submitted by various folk around town.  It has been running for several years now and has been a resounding success.

The Spirit's mission statement:

To present a clear and concise, unbiased reporting of Qu'Appelle's town news and information in an entertaining and informative package.

The Spirit welcomes all submissions for consideration.  It is simple to contribute.  

The Spirit Editorial Board:  Lynn Severt, Deb Spooner, Dave Thomson, Marg Thomson , Annette Jardine, and the Board of the Qu'Appelle Branch, Southeast Regional Library.
